Discreet Teeth Straightening With Digital Precision
At Pana Family Dental, SureSmile clear aligners use advanced digital scanning and custom-designed trays to gradually move teeth into better alignment while remaining discreet in everyday life. Treatment begins with a detailed digital impression that helps create a personalized, step-by-step plan for your smile. Unlike traditional braces, SureSmile aligners are removable and do not come with metal brackets, wires, or dietary restrictions.
Small tooth-colored attachments may be used when needed to provide greater control over certain tooth movements. SureSmile can help address concerns such as crowding, gaps, mild bite issues, and other alignment concerns while offering a comfortable and modern approach to straightening your smile.

Benefits of Choosing SureSmile®
- Nearly invisible appearance: Clear, low-profile trays make it easy to straighten teeth without drawing attention, which is especially appealing for working professionals and image-conscious patients.
- Removable convenience: Aligners can be taken out for eating, brushing, and flossing, so there are no food restrictions and oral hygiene stays simple.
- Digitally guided precision: Advanced 3D imaging and treatment mapping allow for more accurate, predictable tooth movement from the very first tray.
- Comfortable, smooth fit: Trays are custom-fabricated to fit snugly against the teeth, minimizing the irritation sometimes associated with brackets and wires.
- Fewer in-office visits: Because each tray is pre-planned in sequence, patients often need less frequent check-ins than they would with traditional orthodontics.
- Supports better oral hygiene: Since aligners are removed for cleaning, plaque and food buildup around brackets is far less of a concern during treatment.
- Versatile treatment options: Effective for a range of concerns, from minor crowding and spacing to more moderate alignment and bite corrections.

Our SureSmile® Process
What to Expect During Everyday Life With SureSmile®
Adjusting to SureSmile clear aligners is generally simple, and most patients adapt quickly to wearing them. For the best results, aligners should typically be worn for 20 to 22 hours each day and removed mainly for eating, drinking anything other than water, and cleaning your teeth. Mild pressure or snugness when starting a new set of trays is normal and usually fades within a few days.
Aligners should be cleaned regularly, and teeth should be brushed before reinserting them after meals. When not being worn, store your aligners in their case to prevent loss or damage. Minor speech changes usually improve quickly.
